We had a fantastic time at the hotel with my five adult children! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it a great base for exploring the neighborhood. We especially enjoyed how convenient it was to area attractions, including Citi Field. The hotel has a nice restaurant with delicious food at reasonable prices, which made family dinners easy and enjoyable.

My kids wished for a pool to cool off and unwind after our city adventures.

The Laguardia provided an excellent stay for my business trip. The renovated King Room was immaculate, featuring multiple USB outlets and a comfortable bed with high-quality linens, which enhanced my productivity. The staff was exceptionally professional, assisting with my work-related needs efficiently. The on-site restaurant offered a variety of delicious options, perfect for my busy schedule.

The absence of a safety deposit box was noted.

Not worth the price

Where do I start? The key card didn’t work, and the tiny elevator felt crammed with me, my girlfriend, and her daughter in a stroller. The room was small and had mold in the bathroom. At least the sheets were clean! Plus, not too far from the bar area, which was the only decent spot.

I was blown away by how cozy and clean it felt, with luxe linens that made me want to nestle in. The large indoor swimming pool was a dream, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the staff were always there to ensure I had everything I needed. Plus, having a Keurig coffee maker in the room? Absolute game-changer for my caffeine cravings!

Let’s talk about the eats! The nearby Los 3 Potrillos hit the spot with their killer tacos and authentic vibe—pure fuego! And the hotel’s restaurant has a bar area that serves delightful bites too. Can't forget that they have a chill atmosphere for grabbing drinks post-exploration, making it an ideal hangout.

Now for the cheeky side, while I encountered a bit of noise that could use a soundproof filter, it didn't stop my culinary adventures from shining through. Everything was still bright, as the delicious food made those tiny annoyances fade away.

The lower floors are quite dated, leading to an uneven experience!!! Loud and ineffective air conditioning units and slow key card access can be frustrating for guests during their stay, surely not what one hopes for!!!

The air conditioning unit in the room was pretty much an outdated beast, kicking on and off loudly throughout the night—definitely a sleep disruptor. The bathroom layout felt constricted, lacking space for personal belongings, which made it a bit of a hassle during morning routines. Meanwhile, the restaurant setup was quirky, requiring guests to seat themselves and wait for service, which might not be everyone’s cup of tea. There were also issues with the elevator, feeling cramped, especially given the hotel's moderate size. Lastly, parking fees at around $21 a day seemed excessive, especially considering the standard of the hotel itself.

The King Room was pretty comfy with quality linens and a nice Keurig. The bed felt great, and I slept well. The room was clean but definitely had that older feel. The carpet was dated, but the bathroom had all the essentials. Definitely could use some updates but it wasn't terrible.

This hotel suits me perfectly with comfy beds, reliable wi-fi, and an efficient airport shuttle. The friendly staff even helped me find car service during my first stay, which I still appreciate. Highly recommend!
